حتما برایتان پیش آمده که بروید دنبال یک کار اداری و ببینید وقتی فرمی را که خیلی برایتان حیاتی است به کارمندی تحویل می‌دهید او همان طور فرم را می‌گیرد و بدون این که نگاهش کند شروع می‌کند به حرف زدن با همکارها و خوردن چای و... شما هم نگاه نگران را دوخته‌اید به فرم بیچاره که ببینید بالاخره چه بلایی سرش می‌آید و هم‌زمان حس می‌کنید کسی این‌جا کاری برایتان انجام نمی‌دهد. در عوض اگر کارمند فرم را از شما بگیرد و بعد پشت سیس…

طراحی محصول باید طوری باشد که خطا به حداقل میزان ممکن برسد، جوری که اصلا امکان خطا نباشد و اگر نشد خب می‌رویم سراغ نشانه‌ها و متن‌ها! برای مثال اگر پریز برق را جوری می‌ساختند که هر بار می‌خواستیم دو شاخه را وارد پریز کنیم ممکن بود دستمان هم وارد پریز شود، چه‌طور می‌خواستیم با پیغام خطا به مخاطب بگوییم احتمال برق‌گرفتگی وجود دارد؟ اصلا وقتی خطایی در این حد خطرناک و غیرقابل بازگشت است، پیغام خطا می‌تواند راه‌گشا باشد…

در یکی از سایت‌های برگزاری دوره‌ی آموزشی فرمی پر کردم و ذخیره را زدم و دیدم هیچ اتفاقی نیفتاد، یعنی توی همان صفحه مانده بودم بدون این که اتفاقی بیفتد، این شد که چندین بار دیگر روی دکمه‌ی ذخیره زدم و باز انگار نه انگار! از طرفی هم می‌ترسیدم صفحه را ترک کنم و تمام اطلاعاتی که با خون دل پر کرده بودم بپرد ولی بالاخره بعد از چند دقیقه خسته شدم، صفحه را بستم و مجدد باز کردم و دیدم اطلاعاتم ذخیره شده، بدون این که یک کلمه ب…

مکتب‌خونه دوره‌‌ی «نام‌گذاری برند» من را یکی دو هفته پیش منتشر کرد و این دوره در این مدت کوتاه ۸۳ دانشجو جذب کرد.
