Да, пробовал) Считаю, что ИИ может быть довольно полезным инструментом для саморефлексии и самоподдержки. Он помогает разложить мысли, структурировать ситуацию, задать нужные вопросы, которые самому иногда сложно придумать и задат. Но важно понимать разницу, что ИИ не заменяет психолога.
