Казалось бы, благая цель — строительство новой теплосети для надежного обогрева Теремков. Но для это надо удалить 662 дерева (часть из них — старые дубы), пересадить хотят лишь 56. Очевидно, что проект важен для подготовки к зиме, но почему теплотрассу нельзя проложить вдоль дороги без уничтожения парковой зоны? По состоянию на сейчас деревья уничтожаются.
