"ረመዳን የኢባዳ እንጂ የምግብ ወር አይደለም??" ሁላችንም እንደምናውቀው ሴቶች ከሌላው ጌዜ ለየት ያለ ምግቦችን በረመዳን በማዘጋጀት ይጠመዳሉ። እናም ሌሎች የኢባዳ ተግባራትን ለመፈፀም ጊዜ ያጣሉ። ቀኑን በድካም ስለሚያሳልፉ ማታም ሱሁር ለማዘጋጀት ሲሉ በጊዜ ለመተኛት ይገደዳሉ። እናም ረመዳን የምግብ ሳይሆን የኢባዳ ጊዜ ነው! በማለት ኡለሞችና ሙስሊም ማህበረሰቦች በተለያዩ አጋጣሚ ይመክራሉ። ሆኖም መዘንጋት የሌለብን ምግብ መስራትም ኢባዳ እንደሆነ ነው። ምግብም ሆኑ ሌሎች የቤት ስራዎች በሙሉ ኢባዳ ናቸው ፤ ኒያችንን እስካስተካከልን ማለት ነው። ሆኖም ይህ የረመዳን ወር ራስን ለመለወጥና ኸይር ስራ ለማብዛት ምርጥ ጊዜ በመሆኑ ፤ ይህን እድል በአግባ…

ስለ ቅቤ ምን ያህል ያውቃሉ?? #ቅቤ ከላም ወተት በብዛት የሚዘጋጅ ቢሆንም ከፍየል ከግመል እና የመሳሰሉት እንሰሳቶች ሊዘጋጅ ይችላል። ጣፋጭ ክሬም ቅቤና መራራ ክሬም ቅቤ በመባል በሁለት ይከፈላል። ጣፋጩ ከፈላ ወተት የሚሰራ ሲሆን መራራው ወተቱ ሳይፈላ በመዘጋጀቱ ነው። ጥናቶች እንደሚያሳዩት ምንም ያህል የፈላው ለረጅም ጊዜ ቢቆይም ለ 10 ቀናት ብቻ ሚቆየው መራራው ቅቤ በመባል ሚታወቀው ለጤና ይበልጥ ተመራጭ ነው። አብዛህኞቻችን ቅቤ ለጤና ጠንቅ ነው በማለት ብዙም አንመገበውም። ነገር ግን በሚገርም ሁኔታ በሽታ የማስከተሉ አቅም እጅግ አናሳ እና በጣም በብዛት ካልተመገበጀ በስተቀር በሽታ አለማምጣቱ በተቃራኒው ለበርካታ ነገሮች መጥቀሙ ነው። ከነዚህ…
