Ранее здоровая девочка, 1 год 3 месяца. В течение суток лихорадка и кожные высыпания. При осмотре температура 38,6°C, ЧСС 169 в минуту, АД 94/59 мм рт. ст., время наполнения капиллярного русла менее 2 секунд, пальпируемая пурпура на коже конечностей и лица, напряженный отек от стоп (фото 1 и 2).
