#Ярославль неплох по кофейням, но моё любимое теперь - Unick Cafe. Ну, во-первых, спасибо им за мой удалённый рабочий день, куча места, хороший кофе, розетки, тихо. Но ещё и – тут это не просто кафе, это целый особнячок! С милым антибуржуазным ремонтом, концепт-сторчиком, графитчиками, разумеется тату – но и калиграфом! Вообразите. Американо норм, капучино очень так себе, краффин (извините) – божественный. #Trave…

#Ярославль Вроде знаменитые тут Пенаты – уффф, мне совсем не зашло. Региональный Пушкин для мужиков с борсетками. Самые породистые из знакомых французов и на Пушкин, конечно, смотрят так, приподняв и сморщив брови. Я это в них не поддерживаю. Конечно, Деллос делает рестораны для мужиков с борсетками (просто в Москве борсетки крупнее ярославских). Но, считаю, что тому гастро-зимбабве, которым была Москва периода ран…

#Ярославль Закрома – приличнейший ресторан современной русской кухни. Супер-новенький (полгодика всего). Спасибо Ольге Морозовой, а то бы опять пошла в Агапу. Сразу уж сравню: Агапу в моем сердце Закрома не потеснили. Завсегда предпочту невротичного поэта практичному ремесленнику. Однако, спасибо, что настали наконец и на нашей улице рестораны, хотя бы декларирующие фокус на национальном и локальном. Забавно, что …

#Nice В следующий раз в Ницце не буду размениваться на рестораны, буду есть только уличное. Среди и так охерительной уличной еды там есть официально иконическая триада: сокка (нутовый блин), писсаладьер (луковый тарт) и пан банья (сендвич с тунцом). #Nice Про Ниццу поделюсь двумя главными впечатлениями, не стершимися за месяц, и очень оживающими при перебирании фоток в телефоне. Оговорюсь: всё французское мне в диапазоне от «глубоко безразлично» до «слегка подбешивает». Я бритофил, с нами Килберт Кит Честертон и спортивный дух вустеров. #Nice Про Ниццу уже не буду рестораны расписывать, покажу только закусочное яйцо из своего первого ужина – для коллекции. Называлось тоже парфэ, но лежало не в пюрешечке, а в плотной грибной похлебке с грибами не-шампиньонами (лисички там были точно) и крутонами. Как они столько грибного духа смогли достать и высвободить – невероятно. (Усилили бульон смолотыми сухими грибами?) А ресторан был, кстати, занятный. Napo…

#Bordeaux: НА ДНЕ. Chez les Ploucs – вкусно, дешево, ужасно. С народным жанром в Бордо оказалось сложнее, тут нет формата лионских бушонов, а народная еда у них теперь рамен и фалафель. Поэтому полуслучайно, прогнанная из всех 5-6 намеченных бистро (поленилась букать, а walk-in во Франции не работает), чудом села за единственный столик в «У этих деревенщин» - и в итоге тоже оказалось для исследования гастро-этногра…

#Bordeaux В этот раз я везде на закуску брала яйца – что-то пробрало на будденброковщину. У нас же традиция затейливо и с пафосом съесть банальное яйцо если и была, то не уцелела.
