Не могу найти пока само дело, чтобы прочитать. Но прецедент не приятный. Надеюсь это только первый суд и Истец пойдёт в следующий. Суд отметил, что спорные изображения созданы нейросетью, а раз у нее нет сознания, нельзя утверждать, что ИИ прилагает творческие усилия. По мнению инстанции, идея взъерошенных волос, одутловатости лица, бокал вина в руке, равно как и замена факела у Статуи Свободы на бокал вина, не нова…

Почитал я материалы суда и, в целом, я оказался прав насчет реальной причины увольнения. DeepSeek там упомянут не как основная причина, а просто как внешний сервис, куда отправлялись данные, относимые к коммерческой тайне и конфиденциальной информации. Причем упомянут вскользь и после страницы перечисления фактов отправки закрытой информации на личную почту уволенной. Гораздо больше, несколько страниц, посвящено анал…
