قال بعض أهل العلم: "إن الله إذا أحب عبداً استعمله في الأوقات الفاضلة بفواضل الأعمال، وإذا مقته استعمله في الأوقات الفاضلة بسيئ الأعمال ليكون ذلك أوجع في عقابه." كن شديد اللهج بـ اللهم استعملني في طاعتك وأمثاله، خاصة في الأيام الفاضلة.
