Трамп ввел пошлины против России - судя по масштабам (12,5%) - вполне реальные. Переговорный процесс зашел в тупик, потому и введены. Надо будет ещё на исключения посмотреть, и тогда уже увидим масштабы (хотя они скромные). В любом случае, это должно было случится.
