مما لا ريب فيه أن التوسع في قراءة الكتب الفقهية على طريقة مجالس السماع في قراءة كتب الحديث أمرٌ طارئ لا يكاد يُعرف بهذه الصورة إلا في الآونة الأخيرة، مع شيوع التوسع في هذه المجالس. وهو في نظري لا يحقق المقصود من التفقه، بل وجوده كعدمه؛ لأنه لا يمكن أن يُثبت لطالبٍ ملكةَ الفقه أو رسوخَ الفهم للمتون والشروح بحضور هذه المجالس فقط، وربما كشف هذا الصنيع عن وهمٍ في تصور طريق تحصيل الفقه عند من انشغل بها، ولا سيما إذا كانت …
