Сирський поступив на докторантуру Національного університету оборони. Цікава логіка ЗЕботви. Під час війни служити своїй країні послом у ключовій державі-партнері, як Залужний - то ганьба і практично ухилянтство. А під час війни писати дисертацію як Сирський - саме воно!
